"Unfortunately, I'd avoid going here if you have the choice. Waited for 35 min, had xrays taken, then waited another 30 more only to be moved from a room to a large open area with make shift walls set up. The place isn't terribly clean looking, I'm sure everything is sterile but it really doesn't feel like it. There are drywall patches all over the walls, the carpet looks to be about 100 years old, and the flooring and walls are scuffed, cracked and old. The staff isn't overly friendly, and by that I mean they barely talk to you. Save yourself the extra stress and go elsewhere."

"The Wilson Dental Center went above and beyond to make my first appointment stress free. The staff, everyone was warm and friendly. The service was prompt even though the office was busy. I am very pleased with Wilson."

"Quick, efficient, professional, staff including Dotsy and Dr Goldstein were very friendly! I’m thankful they were able to clean my teeth in addition to just the exam and X-rays (I had booked both and they confirmed it on the phone. But when showing up only an appointment for X-rays and exam was set). Liked seeing them using disinfectant wipes on equipment and chairs! The place could use an entire remodel/updating though, carpet was dirty. Overall I would recommend to anyone not looking to wait 1 year for an appointment like everywhere else in Rochester area!! "I nearly have to wait minutes for my appointment. The gentleman that brings me back to the room is very polite and courteous. The doctor is wonderful and I would highly recommend her. She does a great job."

"I would give ZERO stars if it was an option. Extremely unprofessional. I arrive to my 9am appointment 10 minutes early. Got called back 25 minutes later and waited for another 25 minutes for the doctor to come and see me when the doctor did see me instead of giving me options he wanted to just pull a bunch of teeth (teeth that can be a root canal) I’m currently pregnant and when the dentist seen that I couldn’t get x-rays, he left the room. His assistant said to me I think you’re all done. I asked what do I do next from here and he didn’t know. The dentist was extremely rude! I asked when I have to come back to make another appointment, if I can get a different dentist, the manager of Wilson dental told me I’d have to go to the same guy. I will NEVER in my life go back to this place, or recommend anybody to go. Common respect would’ve been appreciated at my appointment, but I didn’t even get that."
