"I felt extremely rushed from the very beginning of my visit until the end. The main reason I made an appointment was a chipped crown that I was hoping could at least be temporarily fixed to avoid the discomfort it has been causing me. The one and only option without any clear explanation offered was a replacement of the whole crown. The dental cleaning was incredibly fast, I cannot remember a full physical exam prior to it. Also, the gritty toothpaste cleaning part and the final fluoride treatment never happened. The dental hygienist was kind and answered my questions but again, she was moving with very urgent haste. During the cleaning I almost choked, and it was horrible! I felt like a foreign object fell down my throat, but I was told it was impossible. The thing that upset and disappointed me the most is when Dr. Kritzman came to see me during the cleaning. I did not really see him as he was literally behind me and instead of addressing me directly, he turned to the hygienist instead. The receptionist looked bored and demotivated. I left the office feeling quite disenchanted and upset. My previous experiences with the practice were nothing but courteous, extremely professional, and genuinely caring, which is the main reason I decided to go back after a 6-year hiatus. I understand I was the last patient of the day and with the holidays soon approaching. However, my appointment was scheduled during normal business hours, hence this should nonetheless affect the overall patient experience."

"Patronizing - this guy feels he needs to tell you he's a dentist's who went to school, took an oath and is licensed when he finds a cavity. Really? I expect my dentist to go to school and be licensed. No one wants cavities, everyone is disappointed with cavities. Get over yourself. Terrible technique using chair- my sinuses drain and I drown. He visably gets annoyed. Its about the patient dude. Too stressful."

"I was very happy with my appointment this morning. Laura did a great job> She was very thorough. I loved the way she guided the way she wanted me to turn my head, extent my jaw etc. to help her get in her best working position. AND...it kept me awake and on my toes....great fine motor test!"

"Always a great experience. Dr. Kritzman is very attentive and thorough and validates concerns. Nancy is great at the front desk and will go out of her way to make your experience good. The hygienist and dental assistant are also very thorough and great! Never had a bad experience here."
