"Backstory: This week I had an outstanding experience with Virtue Salon. I am currently living out-of-state in Kentucky and had to unexpectedly come to Rochester to tend to a family member. I had a scheduled salon appointment in my hometown that I had to cancel due to the unexpected travel. I really needed a salon appointment in Rochester this week as I have a very important speaking engagement in just a few days. Virtue Salon was nothing short of amazing. When I first called and told them my predicament, they were so kind, but told me they were actually booked through my time here. But they put me at the top of their waiting list, and I wad thrilled when they called me right away when a client had to cancel. Patrizia was nothing short of amazing. Her talent and beautiful personality put me at ease. By the end of my appointment, I not only felt beautiful, but I also felt like we’ve been friends for years. Five stars all the way."
