We offer support such as transportation and translation to ensure all patients receive the care they need. Our team is passionate and dedicated to providing the best possible care to the hardworking residents of the region. For appointments for flu and Covid-19 vaccines, please contact your health center. For general COVID-19 questions or concerns, a hotline is available at 1-888-364-3065. To enhance patient care, we will be transitioning to a single medical record system with a new patient portal. "If I could give them a negative rating I would. If you want to waste your time and money, go to this place, otherwise stay far away. From making appointment’s to getting work done, I have nothing positive to say. Plus on top of that they messed up my payments. Thanks for nothing Oak Orchard."

"I’ve had 3 appointments, each one I showed up 15 minutes early as I usually try to do. I then waited an hour and a half in my room every time. During the last visit, about 45 minutes through my wait, I left my room to use the bathroom and found my doctor sitting at her station with her feet up just talking. Every conversation I’ve had with her has been terrible. She talks down to me for seeing other specialist and constantly gets aggravated when I don’t understand things. I didn’t want to, but I’m going to find someone other than Kimberly Hoover."

"4 times I have had to leave a appointment because they leave you in a room or in a parking lot for a sick visit and you will wait about 2 hours before you're late for your own job. But if I'm late to a appointment they cancel it? Nope switched providers for myself and child and filing many complaints on them. Don't go there seriously"

"Professional,courteous and top notch with service and care. The primary team as a whole...the Doctor,Nurses,and receptionist have gone above and beyond to help me. Since I've been a patient there,and with my disability with my back. After reading some of the reviews, my take on these people is that no matter where they go,they are most likely very hard to deal with as patients because their attitude is all about me. Kudos to the primary care team of Doctors and Nurses,and receptionists! You are A#1 in my book! Thanks for all your help!"
