"I am very dissatisfied with the service at this establishment. They are unreliable and unprofessional when it comes to scheduling or rescheduling appointments. I had to provide evidence that I had booked an appointment, otherwise they would have denied it or canceled it without informing me. The staff was rude, the prices were exorbitant, and the treatment was painful. I do not recommend this place to anyone who values their time, money, and health."

"While my dental cleaning was adequate, they incorrectly submitted it to my insurance. I have followed up numerous times regarding them rectifying the situation and have not heard back from them. They indicated that I have not paid my bill when my entire cleaning should have been covered if billed correctly. I am most frustrated by them saying I did not communicate regarding the bill (when I had), yet they will not respond back to me. I will not be returning here again. Edited: It is disappointing that the only way for me to receive a response/update on this matter was to write a review. This has been an ongoing issue since December 2022. Billing insurance for a routine dental cleaning should not be this complicated for a dental business and I do not appreciate being sent a letter saying my bill has been sent to collections when this has been an issue on your end for months. I have since received a cleaning at a difference practice and received my statement indicating full insurance coverage within two weeks. I was planning on having my husband schedule a dental cleaning with this practice but due to the lack of follow up on this matter, I do not recommend this practice. Final Update: It took over a month for me to receive an updated bill in the mail. I never received an email back or a phone call explaining the situation. While I am glad that the matter has been resolved, I am disappointed in the lack of communication from this business. Especially when a letter written by them indicated MY lack of response, which was inaccurate."

"My last experience with the East Rochester location began with a call to their receptionist. I was receiving numerous texts and robo-call reminders regarding an upcoming appointment. I explained that as a professional, I cannot continue having my phone inundated with notifications of which I already have a note and reminder in my calendar for. The receptionist was snarky and told me that there's nothing they can do. When I asked for her name, and for the issue to be escalated, she hung up on me. I called a second time, and she hung up again. I called back several hours later and spoke to a practice manager who was more sympathetic to her disrespectful employee, than to the concern that as clients, we are not 12 years-old and in need of literally 10-15 reminders within a few days prior to our appointment. This isn't the first poor customer experience I've had here. About a year ago, they were putting a filling in a tooth, and cracked the tooth, causing me to have a crown put on. They then tried charging me for their admitted error. I had to spend several hours on the phone between them and my insurance provider in order to resolve this. If considering this location, reconsider and save yourself a potential headache and inefficient use of time and resources."

"Had an appointment last week which was originally scheduled at the east rochester location. I called to see what time my appointment was at two days before and was told i would need to reschedule. Luckily i was able to get in on the same day since i already took the morning off at work. but the day of my appointment i received a text notification that my appointment was rescheduled to 10:40am without any prior notice. I called and the woman i spoke with was very nice but told me to just come in at 10am (my original appointment time) and they will do what they can for me as if i didn’t schedule my appointment at that time anyways. Upon arrival i was checked in and seating in the waiting room for almost 25 minutes. Once i was in the room it took 15 minutes altogether for my x-rays, cleaning and exam. I spoke with the doctor and told him about some pain i was having and he said he seen no cavities in the area of complaint. i was very unsatisfied with my cleaning and went back to my original dentist at a different office. When i went in for my appointment they told me i actually have 2 cavities in the area i was complaining of and also one on my FRONT TOOTH that was already filled at Flower city dental. I am very concerned that this doctor is not taking enough time to evaluate people’s teeth. Overall i did not enjoy my experience. save yourself the time and find a different office that cares about their patients."
