"100% ♿️ accessible. Only 2 ♿️ parking spots. Building is located directly in front of Walmart's (Chili) parking lot. The staff is great: happy, helpful, accommodating, and, they work expediently & thoroughly, explaining every step before they do it, getting your appointment completed in a very timely manner. Their daily routine of patient care, seems to run quite smoothly & efficiently. They do accept many insurances, but NOT the new 'Dual care' plans that include Medicare & medicaid together. The guy that arranged the free consult appointment told me they did accept them, but they do not. They DO have a discount plan for those w/o dental insurance, some varying financing options & they accept credit cards, too. After thoroughly taking several xrays/scans & assessing your dental needs & options, you get to sit with a manager who answers all your questions & payment/financing options. You leave with a detailed Ğquote in your hands. No pressure to make a sale, at all, and she even provided a list of other area dental offices I could try, to shop & compare similar services with to try to lessen the costs. They were more helpful & informative than my usual dental office. Denture implants completed, from molds>extractions> implants in 6 months time, with only about 2 weeks of eating with no teeth! It'll be worth every penny. I'm Very happy with my 1st consult visit."

"Had x-rays done last year. Changing dentists. Went to get my x-rays from them. Was given the excuse that their printer was down & that she could email them to me. Never got the email. Had my daughter stopped by. Now they're saying that they have to forward my written consent to corporate. It will take 2 to 3 weeks to get my x-rays. Something's wrong with this picture. The reason I'm not staying with Aspen dental is because $1,600 for a deep cleaning is a bit much in anybody's pocket. Wonder how long it'll take to get their printer fixed"

"Upon arriving at the Gates Aspen dental, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. My extraction went very well. Everything was certainly explained as to what was going to transpire. My doctor and assistant did an excellent job. Highly recommend going to that location."

"Had an appt at 8:30, sat there for 40 minutes with no updates as to why it was taking so long. When I stood up to inquire myself the tech asked if I wanted to be seen?? Obviously I did FORTY minutes ago. She then just asked if I wanted to reschedule and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. If you’re going to have timing issues make your patients aware and have courtesy about their frustrations."
