"Dr. Botana is amazing!! He’s a thorough and good dentist and he’s actually cares about whatever issues he’s also very gentle. The dental assistants and hygienists are decent for the most part, there’s definitely room for improvement with the bed side treatment and assisting but over all this is my favorite dentist office I ever been to."

"These people are blatantly disrespectful and have total disregard for people's feelings. There is NOTHING gentle about anything they do. Inwas looking for a dentist that could accommodate Medicaid and decided to give them a try. It's like they feel like they don't have to teeat you with respect because, where else will you go. To be told by the hygienist to come back when I learn how to handle a cleaning is beyond rude. To be told my sensitivity to hot in cold is because of tartar build-up and that I need to learn how to floss was very condescending. They talked down to me the whole time. They hygienist poked at my gums and when I responded to the discomfort, she loaded my gums up with numbing spray. Please avoid these inept people. They have no level of professionalism and take their personal woes out on whomever happens to be unlucky enough to land in their chair on any given day."
"I came to Gentle Dental for both a routine cleaning but also because I was experiencing tooth pain. I was very impressed with the professionalism and caring of each staff member from the receptionist, to hygienist, to the dental assistant to the dentist. When the exam revealed a need for a referral for a root canal, they told me they would make all the arrangements making sure to find an endodotist in my network. That’s a huge relief to me. I could hear that they sincerely were concerned about me. I recommend Gentle Dental highly."
"I gave a 4 star because the lady cleaning my teeth was good but I think she could have been a little more understanding of my discomfort. She could have paused and gave me time to recoup. Instead of telling me I may need to go to a place that can put me to sleep if I can't take the cleaning. Everyone else was exceptional from the front desk to the assistant who took my ex rays to the doctor who had a very pleasant demeanor."
