"Diana the pharmacist is the best! She always makes sure each customer is treated with compassion and excellent service. I am so thankful to the pharmacy and staff at the Highland, NY Walgreens pharmacy and thank God for them and for the pharmacist and staff being careful to give me the medicine I need. It is a busy place and it is always worth the wait. Anthony and Catherine and Diana are a great team and work long hours and work so very hard. All customers are in good, competent hands with Diana, Anthony and Catherine."

"Poor service. Made a mistake ordering online and asked for internet price on item. One person said he had to see the price on my phone. I retrieve my phone from the car. A different person at register won't change the price to the internet cost. Is there a policy about obtaining internet pricing or is it up to the whims of the clerks? At the end of the day, they lost a sale."

"Was told over the phone I could come in and get my COVID-19 vaccination and once i arrived I was informed by the pharmacist that I wasn’t allowed to because it hadn’t been 60 days since my last dose , however I did the math & it was in fact 8 weeks, the CDC recommended time to wait. I called my local doctors office and they confirmed with me that I was in fact correct and gave me my shot. It seems when it’s close to pharmacy lunch times they say and do anything to not have to treat you. Very sad and not to mention the pharmacist is very rude & ignores your questions."

Everyone staff member up front greeted me and it was overall a great experience! I will be driving the additional miles in the future when I need my Walgreens run!! Great job all!!!"

"One star for friendly staff and friendly pharmacy. What disgusts me about this store is how incredibly filthy the unisex restroom is and always is. They converted the women's restroom into the employee's only and the men's into a unisex because they know how sickening it is to use. The restroom is conveniently located next to the vitamins and pharmacy for your health needs. You may think the photo's aren't that bad but trust me it's gets real bad in there and they leave it like that all day."
