"Got a haircut the other day and although it was 10am and there were no customers waiting after me, Billy seemed super rushed to the point of moving the clippers so fast across my scalp it was pulling some hairs out instead of cutting them. TheThe wasn't what I asked for(guard three or 3/8" on the top and shorter on the sides, doesn't get much easier), I kindly asked he make a small change in the front because he hasn't used the guard up there and I had some kind of long in the front thing going on that was approx twice the length I asked for. I sat down again briefly and he scissored a few more bits off, and said ok there you go ... Not brushing the hair that just fell all down my face off. Other than the front being wrong still when I got back to the apartment I saw the back had missed places and "Tufts" and stray long hairs. I honestly didn't think you could could mess a haircut like I wanted up that bad. I gave two stars instead of one because my hair actually did end up shorter so there is that."
