I was anxious at first but soon after I got there my anxiety went away! My X-rays they received from a previous dentist were blurry, so at no cost to me to ensure the best quality of care they did X-rays again to make sure they didn’t miss anything! I am so glad I decided to make the switch to Brockport Smiles! With or without dental insurance this is the best place around hands down! They truly care about you and your anxiety of the dentist will be at ease! "I had to switch dental practices and I had heard great things about Brockport Smiles. I was not informed that the initial appointment was just for intake things and not a cleaning. Which was okay, I enjoyed talking with Dr. Barber and at that point I was comfortable. I then was seen by a hygienist for gum measurements and quickly felt uncomfortable. I felt throughout the process I was being judged and after the measurements I was asked several questions about my personal dental habits that came off as rude and judgmental yet again. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this practice."
