"Michelle has cut my hair for years. I talked to her about a new hair style and she said she could do it. Because she only ever used a razor and chunky thinning shears on my hair, I asked her to watch a video using a carving comb and point cutting with scissors for major texturizing, which she said she watched. I have never left that salon disappointed, but what she did to my hair was beyond disappointing! She called the cut "Edgy", I called it atrocious! Service is supposed to be giving the client what they ask for. If you can't do that, don't try to fake your way through it. Luckily, I found a hairdresser who fixed her mess, and has given me the style I wanted, and I LOVE it! Don't ever settle for alright when you can have awesome!!"
