"When I first called for an appointment, I wanted a checkup and cleaning. That quickly advanced to complete xrays, a tooth pulling and special cleanings costing alot of money even with dental insurance. They are now recommending more based on their do as I say approach. There was no discussion of choices or costs in advance of any of this. I recently had a very extensive medical surgery for which I was given choices through all of it including whether to have the much needed surgery in the first place, medications, whether or not to receive needed blood transfusions and whether to go to recommended rehab which I chose not to do. I am doing fine now with my choices. I believe in choices and informed consent including costs which this office does not provide."

And not much pain at All!! So gentle, caring, and well just plain a great person!! And the staff, you can tell by them the practice is a good place when they are happy! "I love, love, love my dentist. I have been with Dr. Frank for at least 20 years. He is calm, explains everything, gives options and is sensitive to my concerns. If I have an emergency, he always fits me in his schedule immediately. When I need referrals to specialists, I am always happy with the referrals. Neighborhood dentistry at its best!"
