"First and foremost, Buffalo Dental Implant is a very clean, friendly and professional for dental hygiene. Also, scheduling and rescheduling appointments is always very easy to do and the staff is always kind. What makes it even better is that the staff is very personable so you can connect and feel comfortable with them. I have to admit, we laugh a lot together. But what stands out the most to me is my experience today. I forgot to put my necklaces back on after imaging and I "lost" them. I had these necklaces from my husband since our boys were little which are now late teens, early 20’s so they have extreme sentimental value to me. I literally went into a panic trying to find them, even called the place as I was driving back so they could look for them. I was in full panic mode, more of a heartbreak actually. Moments from tears. Over necklaces, yes! I went in and they couldn’t find them and even though I was a basket case they still remained calm and kind to me in my moment. I went to my vehicle, hit it in a tantrum, sat inside for a moment with my head down and started driving home in tears to not only discover the necklaces must have been mingled into my coat/purse because there they were, matted into the floor. Why couldn’t I have been calm and seen them ahead of time? I then made it a point to leave them a message after to explain they were FOUND and I thanked them for everything because even if I didn’t find them it was my responsibility to be kind in return and to own my tantrum. I personally have never acted so embarrassingly before, especially over replaceable material but this was so different for me, especially with personal value and all the crap that has been thrown at me recently. I literally reached my breaking point AND they were STILL the same as when I walked in every other time! Above and beyond amazing. So, what do you get from this overly long review? They are clean, friendly, professional, easy to work with and compassionate! What else could you ask for. I highly recommend Buffalo Dental Implant!"

"I first called this place sometime in the spring of this year as a result of being referred to it by my dentist since he detected a lot of bone loss in my gums and wanted me to see a periodontist for treatment. When I called I was informed by whoever answered who was very cordial and polite on the phone, that they do not accept my insurance. BUT she was more than excited to offer me a free consultation. Not once did she say that they couldn’t treat people outside of their accepted insurance network if they were to pay out of pocket. I declined, as I could only imagine how expensive periodontal work was and was going to call some other places to see if they did accept my insurance. Fast forward to last month and after trying multiple places and finding out that none accepted my insurance and deciding that paying out of pocket for the sake of my teeth and gum health was necessary, I was excited to go here based on the fact that both of my parents got their periodontal cleanings here plus there are so many glowingly positive reviews and finally my own dentist referred me here so figured it would be a good place to go for my periodontal cleaning. But when I call again, I am told on the phone by someone who was not so polite or cordial that they do not do periodontal work on anyone who doesn’t have the insurance they accept. So they’re not even willing to take my out of pocket money anymore when they were more than happy to get me to come in for a free consultation with the hopes that I’d eventually pay for whatever treatment they were going to give me back in the spring. So, so suspicious! Luckily I was able to find a periodontist that would gladly accept my money and treat me, but after this experience with Buffalo Dental Implant, I have even more reason to not trust dentists, as if there weren’t enough reasons in the first place. Also on their website they say that they can work with you on some sort of payment plan if they don’t accept your insurance which seems to be a bold-faced lie. And one of the receptionists that I spoke to seemed to be lying as well since they had completely conflicting info to give me. If they can’t be straight on the phone with you, then I can only imagine what they’d do to your mouth. Because of this, I’d strongly recommend to stay away. EDIT: I see that this company replied to my review saying that they do everything to ensure that people get reimbursed from their insurance if they expect it and that they do everything to help someone with the changing landscape. But they flat out denied treating me when just a few months prior were happy to try and treat me. Their reply does NOT explain why they were happy to treat me initially but then why they flat out denied me the second time I called. Their inability to explain the reason for the discrepancy in what they told me over the phone on two different occasions and the fact they denied seeing me when I need periodontal work but found another dentist to provide me with a scaling procedure AND I will be getting this treatment paid for by insurance makes me very grateful I am not a customer of this extremely shady business."

His confidence in his ability to do the work along with his positive energy completely puts any anxiety you have to rest. I had my first implant and an extraction done and it was nothing like I was expecting. The office is clean and comfortable and the staff is professional, kind, and compassionate.
