"I had a bad experience before with my son but he was 1 and kind of just chalked it up to him being little so decided to try again with my daughter this time(4). The staff was unfriendly to begin with. They clearly have zero skills with children. Was not nice to my daughter. Her hair is very fine with curls and gets very snarled especially after playing at school all day. I can’t believe my daughter wasn’t screaming at how rough the hair dresser was not to mention her saying to my 4 year old “well it’s going to hurt there’s nothing I can do” giving my CHILD attitude. Then cut her hair short which is what we wanted and couldn’t get the sides even so now my daughters hair that was half way down her back is now above her shoulders. She kept being so rude to my daughter telling her to look straight stop moving. Which for a little kid I thought she sat pretty straight. I’m so mad and will NEVER EVER be back."

"I recently visited this location with my daughter, and I am not pleased with my experience! I don’t get my haircut often and this is the exact reason why! I have curly hair and I don’t understand why someone would try and use a comb that a male would use to comb their hair in my thick curly hair! My hair was getting wet down with a water bottle and the pain it caused to comb through my hair was far from the experience I expected! My eyes were tearing up! I will never return to this location, and after this experience I may even wait longer than my usual for a haircut because clearly curly hair isn’t understood! I had an awful headache the remainder of my day, and honestly don’t even like the cut!"
