"Dr.dipalma and his entire staff have been nothing but an absolute blessing. Over a month ago I had severe tooth pain, I have suffered from dental anxiety and phobia to the point I avoid the dentist until it’s impossible to, usually involving extraction at that point. I called since they were the only office that offered dental sedation. They got me in that day to see what was wrong, I explain my fear and they did everything in their power to make me comfortable, talked me through everything, provided a weighted blanket even clear the tray so I didn’t see the dental instruments. I was told I needed a root canal, or extraction. After being provided my costs and speaking to the dentist about my concerns of a root canal and crown I felt I was making the proper decision, and went with the root canal, they brought me in the next day, and preformed the root canal under sedation, I felt zero pain, everything went perfect and i scheduled my next appointment for my crown, the next day I needed a slight adjustment in the temporary filling and they got me right in, I’m currently waiting for my crown placement. I can’t say enough good things about this office, from the dentist all the way down to the receptionist every single person has been polite, honest, and caring the entire process."
