Magic Nails

"0 Stars, wouldn't recommend. I called to set up an appointment however due to my schedule things didn't work out so I settled for a walk. The following morning I went in at 10a fully aware that there maybe a wait. I waited but noticed the youngest nail tech didn't have a client and was in the back. About 10 minutes later another patron came in and the tech came out to assist her. I asked Hannah if the tech was available and was told, "No. Nobody can help you but Cece." (I was very confused and thought I got them done here so why wouldn't anyone else be able to assist me.) I asked Hannah why and she stated I am too difficult. I have never had an issue with any of them. I have never been rude/belligerent to any of them. I have never even complained about a set let alone how rough the older gentleman was during a pedicure. Had I done so I would be well within my right. I have not had any back and forth with any of them before today. There was an issue with a teenager preparing for prom that didn't like her nails. Hannah and the young lady were going back and forth for a while because the teen didn't like her nails. I asked the girl what did she want. There was more back and forth with Hannah and the young lady's friend. So to try to defuse the situation I called Hannah's name to attempt to tell her I will pay for the young lady's nails to be done over. However Hannah cut me off and asked me to stay out of it. I said absolutely nothing further. At the end of their discussion the young nail tech told the young lady and her friends not to come back. If I were difficult why wasn't I told the same. Although I'm sure my dollar means nothing to them and I love Cece's work I won't be returning."

"My nails came out amazing! I made an appointment with Hannah and knew about her through my close friend that’s been going there for years! I showed Hannah a picture of what I wanted and she did amazing definitely will be going back."

"This place is god awful. The nail techs are rude, and very rough on your hands. I was charged 82$ and when I complained about the final look I was asked to leave the salon! Incredibly unprofessional. The job was rushed, the nail art was sloppy. The acrylic was so lumpy and uneven, the shaping was horrid, none of the lengths were even and some nails were glued on crooked! I’ve never been more displeased. But my main complaint was that multiple nails weren’t even full painted let alone COVERED WITH ACRYLIC. there are SO many better and affordable salons! This place is trashh"
