He also put my mind at ease and informed me at every step as to what he was going to do. I'm very pleased with the care I received. I strongly recommend Oneida Dental."

"I actually liked the office when I first went there, although some of the staff were a little snippy. Because they were out of network for my insurance, there was some confusion in what I was charged. Once I realized there was still an outstanding balance, I paid it off. When I called the schedule my next appointment, I was told I was sent a letter dismissing me from their practice. Okay fine. Two weeks later I received a letter stating they were trying to contact me to schedule an appointment. I call again, and I'm told the letter was by mistake, I am still dismissed from the practice. Great way to run a business! Not."

"I had my first appointment at ODG today. Reagan was an awesome dental assistant who made me feel very comfortable and helped relieve my anxiety. Dr. Russel was so gentle and knowledgeable. She spent time answering my questions and explained everything about my future treatment. I've been to a lot of dentists but not many took the time that Dr. Russel did to talk with me about a treatment plan i was comfortable with. Jack made sure I understood what was going on with my insurance coverage in detail. Barb was friendly and outgoing when she introduced herself to me. I'm very happy I went there. I want to recommend them to everyone but I selfishly want to keep them a secret so no one gets an appointment ahead of me when I need one."
