"Refused to wear a mask for my cut. I have been a customer of Kelly’s for the past 3 years. I have underlying medical issues so I requested that she wear a mask for my 30 minute cut. She refused. I guess she prefers to lose a good customer rather than show respect for another human being who has decided it’s not worth dying for a haircut. Wow."
