I enjoy going to the dentist now, and have no fear/anxiety. His staff are friendly, relatable, and understand the stigma of dentists, and actively curb that to make you feel comfortable. Not even a hello, how are you ,by the way how have you been since your last visit 5 months ago ? I commented on the cold reception, and had all my records transferred to another dentist. Customer service is everything. I paid the $40. and spoke with the dentist. He apologized for the poor customer service."
