"Candace Dally is one of the most hateful and condescending people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Every time we would go to her office or speak with her on the phone she treated us like we were morons who she was doing a favor by handling our taxes. She even accused me of NOT providing her with my tax information/receipts even though I emailed them AND dropped physical copies off at her office. After proving that she was wrong by resending the documents that clearly showed the original date sent, she asked me to come to her office to rectify the situation. Upon arrival she brought me into her office where she told me that she would NOT resolve my issue and then proceeded to berate me for almost 30 minutes in front of one of her employees who she had brought in as a witness!!!! A HORRIBLE and demoralizing experience! How she stays in business is a complete mystery to me!"

"My wife and I called to find out hours and see about getting set up to get our taxes done. We call on a Sunday hoping to just hear the hours but a lady answered the phone. We asked a question and "got this is not H&R Block we do not do taxes on the fly". So with that kind of rudeness we just said to forget this place. We will find someone else."
