"Friendly staff but simple mistakes cost families big and they don’t care. Got a bill from the IRS from 2021 saying we owe $4,600. They forgot to enter one of our W2 forms. When I ask them to make it right they told me to have human decency and that it was just a human mistake. I totally get that but their mistake is now hurting our family big time. We had the money saved to pay the taxes in 2021 and paid the amount that ABS said we owed. We paid them, as a trusted professional to do our taxes. All they are willing to pay is the interest to “make it right”. We will never be back. Mistakes happen but it’s how you own up to them that determines your character. We will never be back."

"Nice in person. Fee is fine. Filled and was told I was getting a return from state. Even have a form that says I will get a return. Waited, and waited. No return but a letter in the mail saying I own the Irs. Went through all my forms and found both a form stating I get a return and another form saying I owe the state. Would not recommend nor go back. If I owe, tell me I owe. Not tell me I get a return and find out later I actually owe."
