"Highly unprofessional as an employer and a dentist. Dr. Song agreed to take the payment my insurance made even though she was an out of network provider since I was her employee and then sent me to collections for more than triple the amount. Never completed the work she started and what work was done in needing to be redone after only 3 months. She billed my insurance wrong and then charged me even though I told her multiple times what the insurance was requesting. The office is not very clean nor is it sanitized correctly following ADA guidelines."

"Rude, unprofessional, quote BEFORE procedure " stop asking so many questions, do you work here? Then you dont need to ask anything". Glasses she was wearing fell off her face and hit the patient (my girlfriend) in the face. Also, doesn't properly know where nerve endings are in order to numb the patient. This is not the first awful experience we've had, sadly insurance is costly. I guess you get what you pay for."

"My grandson who is only 6 had a very bad tooth ache and only denist that would be able to see without a 3 to 4 month wait time to get in. She was so gentle with him and explain everything to him were he could understand what was going to happen. Even though I have to drive almost 2 hours to get here its well worth the drive and will continue to come here for his dental care."
