"I can def agree that the staff is incredibly unprofessional. My first visit, I walked out of my psychiatrists office for him to have to call his front desk people to help me because they were in the back playing with PUZZLES vs ANY STAFF sitting up front. Second visit I was there, one of the front desk peoples DOG was in the office and had to be locked up while I was supposed to be taking an ADHD test. (Yeah that’s probably distracting and locking it in an office kinda meant it wasn’t supposed to be there.) I’ve called numerous times to speak to a nurse in regards to medication side effects only for the nurse to play phone tag with me for DAYS. Every time I’d try to call the nurse back they’d just send me straight to her voicemail which meant I then had to wait for yet another call back. So if you’re having severe side effects, that doesn’t seem to take too priority at all. The lady in charge of the medication preauthorizations seems to be easily triggered when you call over 3 weeks later looking for an update since none has been provided only to be told “hands are tied and I’ve done everything I can BUT I HAVENT DONE THIS” meaning that no, not everything has been done. I’ve only had 3 appointments and honestly have never been so uncomfortable with the working staff at a location."

"I've had 30 ketamine treatments under Dr. Patkar. My wife had 3 here and they did not listen to any complaints and instead of helping stopped treating my wife who just smiled for the first time in a year. I'm a minister and this is not the supportive environment of "Believe in We" they advertise. Also questionable HIPAA issue when my wife contacted their provider Susan on the portal the whole office saw it before she did according to Susan. Do NOT go to Certus for care. Susan's ego is so fragile that I have a hard time believing she has taken Ketamine. The rest of the office was an absolute joy especially Ashley."
