"Lighthouse Insurance Agency is the best insurance agency I have ever used and I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new agency. I wish I became a client sooner. In the past I have been an unhappy client of both State Farm and Allstate. Those two companies continually raised my premiums significantly each year and they were difficult to deal with when I had to file a claim. State Farm and Allstate agents were hard to reach and they were not helpful nor willing to pay the few times I filed a claim. For example, AllState would not pay to replace my Toyota sideview mirror that got smashed off in a hit and run. The mirror had blind spot detection and defroster capabilities. Allstate was only willing to pay for a basic sideview mirror with no electronic capabilities. I had to pay out of pocket the deductible AND the difference in price to have a Toyota brand mirror with the electronic features it originally had. I researched multiple insurance agencies and one company that has one of the highest customer satisfaction rates in the Northeast United States is Erie Insurance. I found out that Lighthouse Insurance Agency uses Erie Insurance in their practice. I found out friends of ours were clients of Lighthouse Insurance and they raved about them. I became a client and could not be happier. I was again the victim of a hit and run unfortunately and Lighthouse Insurance Agency was amazing to work with throughout the entire claim. It was always easy to get someone on the phone and they helped me out with covering the damages and getting me a rental car because my car was not drivable. I received my policy renewal bills and I am so excited that my premiums did not go up like I was anticipating.
