I never felt like I was on a timer with her, which I have felt with other therapists unfortunately. She was always thinking of ways to help me outside of sessions as well, and I have made a ton of progress thanks to her. 10/10"

"Frustrated with ThriveWorks because they will add appointments and bookings to your account without your consent or prior knowledge. While for the first four weeks of using them I had a decent therapist, I cancelled the rest of the sessions with them due to not truly connecting and because I was busy with dealing with the sickness and unfortunate passing of my uncle. While on vacation I see there were three new appointments added without my consent or without my clinician reaching out, even thought I marked on the reason for cancelling my previous sessions that I wanted a different therapist. I could not cancel outside of the 48 hours due to being out of town for vacation to heal from my uncle's death. Then when I call to cancel, I'm told I have to pay a 150 fee and was placed on hold for a long time for the associate to "recheck my account". Will not be using Thriveworks again."
