"I never do this but people deserve to know how the “person in charge” is handling customer service, really really poorly that is. I have been grooming my dog her since April when I moved to the area and the actual groomers are really sweet and the service provided should be rated 5 stars, however, I made an appointment on Dec 5 for my dogs grooming tomorrow and I was just calling to confirm the time, and the appointment was no where to be found. The unwillingness to be understanding about how frustrating this situation is for the customer escalated to the point where I simply decided to look for grooming services elsewhere. It’s sad that this business owner can provide great grooming and such poor customer service."
