"The worst florist I have ever used!! It seems this florist is used by the Ava's Florist website. I didn't know Ava's Florist wasn't a local florist as I live in Florida. I placed an order yesterday and it was the absolute worst! I was totally embarrassed that I had sent that arrangement. There was NO arrangement to the flowers. I called to complain and Miss Joyce seemed fine with her work. She should really rethink being a florist. These people that have posted such positive reviews must be family members. Miss Joyce did replace the original flowers but the arrangement wasn't much better than the first! Sad looking flowers and definitely NOT worth what I paid! Attached are pictures of what I ordered verses what was sent."
