"Thrive family services' owners, staff, and admin have provided me with an environment in which I feel safe and welcomed. I love my counselor, Ms. Jackie, and her schedule adapts very well with my flexibility. I do not feel astranged for having a mental health therapist when I walk into Thrive. The atmosphere and people are great, the murals are AMAZING, and the office as a whole is aesthetic and very well maintained. Overall, great experience. Thank you!! #Thriver"

"Scam office! When calling the office to set up and appointment for my son, I specifically asked the gentleman on the phone if they would be able to manage my sons medication if I made an appointment for treatment. The gentleman said of course yes we do that. Wait 3 weeks for an appointment and had to fill out over 30 forms online just to be seen. See a provider for over an hour with her asking a million questions, then ask if they would go ahead and send in my son’s medication he was already on. She said no she can’t do that she’s not licensed to. There is only one doctor there that does that and he has a 6 month waitlist. What child can wait on a waitlist for medication that long? She said she was going to talk with the owner of the company because she specializes in autism to see where we should go from here. It’s been almost two months and still haven’t heard back from her. We forgot to get a doctors note upon walking out. Called the front desk and asked if one could be faxed to my sons school, she said no they don’t do that. And that I would have to come pick it up. We live 35 minutes away from the office. Just a big scam to get an office visit out of us. Don’t waste your time or money."

"These people honestly care about your mental well being. Check the therapists out. You'll see they're in it because they really want to help and not for the money. They make it easy for you to get help. Love them all, especially Ms. Norton. She is seeing my son. She is very kind and very experienced in her field. Just read the therapists bios for proof."
