"I have had 4 different doctors in a year here because no one will stay. Getting an appointment is difficult and getting my monthly prescription filled takes a week or longer of back and forth phone calls and messages. The receptionist is condescending. The last time I tried to get an appointment I was frustrated with the process and the person scolded me for not calling earlier and hung up on me. I had been calling and messaging for a week. The psychologist told me after multiple 3 hour appointments that I had a particular disorder, but I had too much help at home, so he wouldn't diagnose me. Do not come here."

"I struggle a lot financially and I deal with a lot of mental health issues. The staff here always do their best to make me feel accepted and they don't refuse treatment because I can't pay. They use a very interactive and kind approach. They won't force you into anything you're not comfortable with. I definitely recommend this place if you're even remotely considering getting help. They're also very patient and understand when you hold things back, they don't make you feel as if you're not trying."

"Was very happy with my provider for almost 2 years. However, Kintegra policy changed without my knowledge trying to force me to use their primary care physician rather than my own. The provider dropped me without notice without concern for overdue prescription refills. One more example of how corporate interests trump the Hippocratic oath. Apparently the only care Kintegra has is for their bottom line. As a citizen with a disability, I am shocked by the way I was treated. Even if this is resolved, I won’t trust them again! Very disappointed!!"
