The lady answer the phone saying they don't have anything available for the month of June and will NOT take any appointment for July at this time. She asked me to call back in July for the July appointment. How bizarre is that? Don't know any business would treat a possible client like that. Poor customer service definitely."
"The lady did exactly what I wanted in a picture I found on line. My cavalier king Charles looked much better after the grooming! There was a knot in his ear I couldn't get rid of. Don't know what the lady did but it's gone without cutting. Reasonably priced. Will definitely go back."
