"⚠️ Avoid. Very unprofessional behaviors exhibited by the owner Francisco. I arrived there only to be seated for 3 hours and my taxes weren't completed in person. Francisco was constantly having side conversations and being constantly distracted hence the reason my taxes weren't completed in person. I was rescheduled. Then my rescheduled was rescheduled again. I finally was able to complete my taxes on web cam with another person there by the name of Wanda. Wanda did not thoroughly explain to me what I was receiving in return nor a breakdown of my tax return. It took me two months to receive my tax papers via email and mail. Once received, since I didn't get a proper explanation, I called the office to request it. I was told by Francisco who was extremely rude over the phone, that my business is concluded with them and that in order to be seen to explain my tax return, it would cost more money. More money on top of the $300 + already charged! Francisco was very hostile in speaking with me over the phone and not allowing me to finish speaking and constantly interrupting. This is as worse as it gets when it comes to customer service. Unprofessional, uncaring and money grabbing. Go elsewhere⚠️"
