"Whatever you do, DO NOT make an appointment with Elana Sikes! She was very unprofessional about the fact I accidentally forgot my license on my 1st visit but I kept quiet and smiled, then left. I rescheduled with another member of the team, when I came in for a 2nd appointment fully prepared might I add. I was made aware I was somehow “denied”. I was very confused by this because Ms. Sikes and I never got to complete the application in the 1st place. Come to find out Elana purposefully submitted an incomplete application knowing that I’d be denied… thankfully I was blessed to be able to work with a different member of this team whom is now trying to get the denial letter withdrawn.. but I did have to make another appointment to come back at a later date. This next appointment will be my 3rd 50 minute drive all thanks to Elana Sikes! Save yourself some time, gas, and money by working with ANYONE else other than Elana at this office!"

"I fixed my taxes on line with h&r block and said I was getting a refund this was March I hot a letter from irs asking for a copy of our w2s and a copy of 1099r which I mailed back to irs same day I hot the letter my husband and I both spoke to the irs and they said at least 120 days well I waited 120 days til I called Jonathan Winkler and he said me and my husband had to sign a release paper so I drove from Hampstead to University landing to do this. He told me he woukd get to work on this 3 weeks later I've heard nothing so I called hom and he said it must have slipped through the cracks. Now I'm driving from Hampstead to Pine Valley to take him the formal that I've already sent the irs that said they never received them. Just very disgusted that it's taking this long for them to find out the problem!!!!"
