"Called in asking for help about insurance and the lady I spoke to immediately hung up on me. Not professional. Update: I’m sure you’ll read the response that the owner posted but it’s full of complete lies. I called in and asked if I could get help with insurance but was immediately told they wouldn’t help me and hung up. I was never rude to this business, transferred or spoke to the owner. He claims I gave him business information to a business that doesn’t exist but I never even got that far in the conversation. I think it looks looks less professional for a business to make up lies about their potential customers than owning up to mistakes. My advice would be to give your phone reps better training and never hang up on people. I wouldn’t recommend this business before based off of poor customer service but now I wouldn’t recommend this business based off of telling the public lies as well."

"We have used another rider policy company previously and they took ages to respond with quotes (sometimes taking days) and weren't particularly fast with COI. I used Ramon for the first time last week and everything was smooth and FAST. The rates were comparable to the other underwriter, too. I will 100% use Ramon again for future rider policies when the need arises for my customers."
