"Do not go to Jackson Hewitt at Walmart 301 and let Tanya do your taxes very unprofessional I have on 60k in W2 one I needed on amendment from last year she was trying to charge me $200 for that. Before she entered anything from my other two W-2 which was around $37,000 she said I wasn't going to get nothing back and was going to be paying in there's no way I never had to pay in she didn't even enter any information very rude and unprofessional I'll never go back plus the department of revenue just sent me a letter saying I didn't owe anything lol"

They charged $477 and when I asked why, the lady helping me explained it is because I had two W2s and retirement plan? The lady was nice and had no problem with her customer service that is the only reason for the second star in my review. To charge a single person with a child almost $500 to file a tax return. That is just crazy. I could have used that money for bills. I will not be back."
