"The general manager is horrible. He stays in his office all day. You can hear him watching YouTube all the time. When he does come out he stresses everyone out and critiques and makes everything worse. He is takes food home for him and his family when the employees are told it’s theft if they do it. He has anger issues and he will go off on anyone and anytime . That is why there is a big turn over. Cooperate does not care. As long as he is making them money. They have done nothing to solve James dulins issues. Maybe an online review will spark corporate interest. Other than that, the staff does try their best to take care of the student . To James we all are replaceable. There has been union talk. I’m sure he will have this review took down quickly, but you know how far social media goes."
