"Stay away from this place. They don’t deliver what their company promises which is to fix their own mistakes. We’ve been waiting since April to amend our taxes on an error caused by their own misinformation. The manager first stated they would take care of the amended returns for the years 2020 and 2021. After waiting months while they took care of newer customers who filed late (as if the exorbitant amount of money I paid wasn’t enough to have me consider a customer.) I guess since they already got paid by me I’m no longer important. Every few weeks the manager would say “give me two more weeks”. Today after the umpteenth time I called she was very rude and condescending. She doesn’t have the professionalism to open the door let alone manage the office. Goodbye!"

The manager Jillian or Juliane is extremely rude. Is very sad that such unprofessional employee represent this big company. She gave us confusing information, false promises and when confronted her answer was condescending, patronizing and unapologetic. You don’t expect a manager to hang up a phone on you when you haven’t give her a reason to do so. You would expect for the amount of money that you pay that the least they could have is professional staff. I did not recommend this place the only recommendation that I can make about this place is to steer clear and go somewhere else"
