"Always very polite and accommodating. I couldn’t ask for more. $339 for a simple Federal and only one state seems incredibly expensive. Way more expensive than last year and the year before but I waited until the 18th. Next year, I will get software and try myself. That is too much money. More than 10% of my return. I will use them again if needed but she the tax preparation specialist said that there are savings are closer to Jan-Early March but I didn’t even have all of my tax docs by then. Convenient location and hours in Walmart. I do have $20 off referral coupons to give out for next year and then I get $20 off too. Good deal!"

"Information was provided to us that was incorrect. It inconvenienced both me and my wife. When I asked for a discount, I was called an irate customer and a poultry $50 was offered. If I could give a lower rating then one star I would. If they can't answer simple questions how can I expect them to do my taxes correctly. Go somewhere else and get your taxes done - a place that knows what they're doing."
