"My son had a wonderful experience at Kids First Therapy. :) He worked with Kristen Fletcher and she was always so nice and happy to see him. ^_^ I brought my son in, concerned about a type of stutter he had, where he would repeat what he was saying in the middle of saying it. We learned that this kind of stutter is normal in children and will eventually go away with time. However, I was still interested in having her work with him, and I'm so glad she did! ^_^ Not only did he learn new things with words and vocabulary, but he's doing so much better now! He hardly ever stutters anymore at all now. :) Overall, it was a great experience. :)"
"Our therapist cancelled our appointment 30 minutes before it was scheduled even though we texted at 8:30 the night before just to make sure it was still on (because it was scheduled on labor day). When I told her I didn't appreciate such short notice cancellation she said that I was "verbally attacking" her with my tone of voice (even though she admits that I never cursed or raised my voice) and then claimed that I "coached" my son to ask her why we had to wait so long...If I could coach my son to say things then he wouldn't be in speech therapy to begin with. Incredibly disappointed by this complete disregard for any modicum of professionalism and the complete inability to own up to one's mistakes."
"Kids First Therapy is working wonders for my son. He sees Ms. Brittany for Speech/Language Therapy, Ms. Katrina for OT, and Ms. Lindsay for PT. Each of these therapists is wonderful. They really know their stuff. I have seen improvements and he enjoys going. I truly appreciate everything they do. I know he can be a handful. ❤"
