"Scam scam scam don’t go here very unprofessional they are scamming people"

"I had the worst experience with a business today that I have ever had. I Called Zipzap to file my taxes and asked how was the best way to get info for the IRS regarding my kids. They gave a few examples and I did not have any of that info. I have birth certificates, SS cards, passports. They say nope none of that will work. I said can I get the IRS phone number to call them to see how to go about this. The lady hands the phone to Kim. She begins to tell me that I am not going to pay fines for your kids to do something illegal. I try to stop her and say I will call the IRS if you have there number. she starts rambling again how that one girl had to pay $20,000 in fines last year. I try to stop her one more time and she says forget it! and hangs up the phone. I call them back and say I will be down there in just a few minutes to talk to Kim for hanging up on me, Kim says come on down. I walk in and ask for Kim, and she stands up and says you better get out of here. I say please let me ask you why you hung up on me. She begins to scream (what I hear is "before I get a bat to get you out of here") I asked her what she said, she tells me to get out before I call the police. I say no that is not what you said. That goes back and forth, and I ask for her bosses phone number. She replies call the boss she is my sister and she does not care. I say ok please give me her number. She replies my sister owns this company and I can do what ever I want. I ask several more times and they finally give me the number to the hendersonville office. They tell me to talk to Kim Hogan. So as I'm leaving, I call the hendersonville office and ask to speak to her. I give her this same story. The owner of this company tells me that Kim has had some personal problems. I understand that; everybody has inconveniences in this life, but as a business you should never take it out on your costumers. I asked Kim Hogan the owner if they would be anything done about this and she said " no they are to busy this is tax season". I asked if there would be any apologies, " and she said she would let Kim decide to do that. ( the original employee) I have never written a review before, if it be good or bad customer service. However; for me today this was very wrong and has been mishandled in every scenario. I will not be going back to Zipzap for any of my tax needs, nor will I recommend them to anyone."

"The worse experience I've ever had involving receiving my refund. System shut down causing alot of problems with families who where depending on their taxes.. would not recommend this place in the future . Not good then your refund is basically in their hands after the IRS releases them which now you have to wait til their system catches up to receive your money . Which could be when ever they feel like giving it to you. Plus you pay for electrically and the time it takes to receive your money is the same time as if you filed them your self .. STAY AWAY FROM HERE"
