"Pretty awesome place. I like going, and like the atmosphere. Counselor has been pretty helpful. Would recommend. If I did have one complaint its just that you can't really reach them by phone. To try and schedule initially, and once when I was late I tried to call, but no answer. You can do most things through the website though so I can overlook that."
"I have never used the counselors there but I will say that the lady who answered the phone just seemed cold and annoyed by having to talk to someone that was reaching for help. It made me feel “less than” and I wouldn’t even want to use their services now considering they are supposed to be there to help people who already feel that way because of trauma."
