"Horrible experience. Would only prescribe one refill at a time. the past three months I have ran out of medication. Only on 2 non narcotic meds. They say im on stimulants zoloft and seroqil?? This has been horrible i work 8-5 and im busy i need my meds to auto refill. Because when i get reminder saying waiting for response from doctor i forget to call them. This place has bad policies in place for medication management."

"I have been having repeated, very difficult experiences with the telehealth team. One time I cancelled an appointment ahead of time via email because nobody confirmed receipt of my voicemail. Then I was charged $60 for not showing up to my appointment later that week. I had to make several calls to people in different departments, every time having to explain everything all over again. Then, the next time I tried to meet with my provider, the telehealth system denied me access because the $60 charge had not been removed on the system. I've been overcharged for a session once too - by over $100. And they won't let you pay after seeing a bill. They require you to keep a credit card on file and will automatically charge you before you can even see their billing mistakes. This is just the tip of the iceberg with the horrendous communication I've dealt with when emailing the telehealth team. It's like a different person reads each email and doesn't contextualize it with the rest of the email thread. I'm done trying with Mindpath."

I haven’t had luck in over 10 years with psychiatrists or therapists and in TWO sessions I just feel so much more validated and Im able to start to understand why I have the issues I have and it’s really relieving to finally have someone that takes mental health as serious as it should. "My initial appointment and testing went fine. But as soon as I walked out of testing, I was informed that the provider I had been assigned to was taking a leave of absence and there was no one that they could put me with to follow up. I was assured I would be contacted that day and informed of a plan for me, three days later and I’ve still heard nothing. I had already waited a month and a half for the appointment and now I’m back to square one again."
