"I was scheduled for a 1:00 appointment, waited 30 minutes and no one showed up. I then went to the main branch and was thankfully seen. Apparently the satellite branch was closed but the customers weren't informed. Next year I will be using a different tax service."
"Had 6 pm appt, arrived 15 minutes early. Didn't start until 6:40. Went pretty quickly after the late start. Then was told my bill was $277. I told the preparer that was much higher than H&R charged me last year. She offered to give me $100 off as a former H&R Block client so I paid $177. Which is what I paid H&R last year. So I feel I was overcharged initially then given the lower price when I saw questioned the price. Preparer did her job ok, but your pricing tactics are questionable."
