"In 2018 we went to file our taxes, and the lady said wait and file this year with next year's. We'll they penalized me and now I have to pay 678$. It was in valdese n.c. beside food lion.the lady was in a wheel chair and they will not help me fix it ,they shoved me out the door and said call Raleigh and i will never use them again anywhere. They told me fix it myself and theyare supposed to be trained professionals. My name is William Wright and H&R block did not do me right at all."
