"My husband and I have been long time customers at this location with the only person we've trusted to do our taxes for over 10 years now. Unfortunately we will probably not be back due to the fact this year they charged us $604.00 just to file a basic and simple tax return! That to me seems like highway robbery. We know their services have been a bit on the expensive side but that is WAY TOO MUCH! Talk about inflation. Unless they can lower their fees we'll not be back. If you can actually afford to pay the fees than I highly suggest this place. When my husband came home and told me I was furious. I almost called our tax guy myself. Even typing this review is making me frustrated about the extremely high fee. Be aware."

"Set up a tax appointment the week I was on vacation for a Tuesday was told it would be ready in two to three days should have been on a Thursday or Friday a week later they called and then when I got back in town tried to go pick up my taxes and had a hassle getting my taxes picked up they were already paid for and should have been ready when I was told they were going to be done. I feel certain I will not use there Sevices again. Never had a problem with the office on hwy 115"
