"Took less than 2 minutes for their “expert” to file my very simple taxes of one W2 and one 1099 from unemployment. $338…. No deductions of any type. I could have done that from my house with turbo tax for free. Price was never discussed until after the fact at which time she expressed “now it’s too late”. The absolute worst experience ever! Absolute robbery!"

"I went to apply for a refund advance but did not have all my w2’s back at the time , not the other required IRS documents and communicated this to the preparer that assisted me . He told me that we’d apply for the advance but wouldn’t be able to send me taxes to the irs until I returned with the additional w2’s and documents . About a week later I received the rest of my documents and returned to finish what was needed and was told by another preparer that the previous person had already sent my taxes to the irs ; however the amount wouldn’t be correct being they didn’t have all the correct documents . I reached back out and they told me that they would still be charging me for preparation (incorrect !) and would not charge to amend them because like I said THEYRE INCORRECT. I have since tried to get ahold of them, tried calling a manager or Something and they only use a call center and they don’t push calls through so I’ve continuously been leaving message . I would not recommend nor will I ever use their services again"
