"Awful experience! I'll never return to this practice. I went in after having a miscarriage and the front desk staff and nurse acted like I was there for a new pregnancy appointment. They asked me all kinds of questions related to new pregnancy and showed zero remorse when I told them I was there for a miscarriage. The appointment with the doctor was awful too. You could tell he didn't care at all and was asking routine questions to make sure I wasn't depressed. They also messed up something with billing, and a YEAR later, I received a $150 bill from a shot I had to get."
"Office waited 30 mins before my appointment time to call to inform me that they went out of network with my insurance last year! Very inconsiderate since my appointment had been scheduled for quite some time."
"Hard to get in contact with over the phone, and difficult to get in for an appointment. I was not told Duke is a specialist, and my co-pay would be $80 prior to coming in for my appointment. Dr. Ford is a great doctor, but if you need to follow up on something with her communication is difficult due to lack of responsiveness from the office staff."

"The nurse and provider were very friendly and professional. They listened to my concerns and addressed them. They helped me feel comfortable during my visit. Much better than the practice I went to for years where the nursing staff acted like they were unhappy and hated their jobs and treated patients like cattle."
