"I do not recommend Cathy Easop as a financial advisor. When asked directly if she could refund an annual fee that was charged 1 day before my account was due to close, she said she didn't have the power and gave me a 1-800 number. After spending way too long discussing the issue with the switch board operator, the operator informed me that it was 100% Cathy's decision to not refund the fee. That is an unfortunate decision made worse by her unwillingness to own her decision."
