"This is such a poorly run business. We paid $35 and did not receive the merchandise. We left messages with no return calls. Finally, we informed our bank and the vendor shipped the drive! We ordered a video recording and all they sent was audio. They wanted another $10 for a video recording. Interestingly without any details on how we should pay those additional $10. No one picks up the phone and the VM is full. How do you communicate and run a business like this! They should not be allowed to be the monopoly for band competition recordings. Each year we’ve ordered video recordings of our children’s band/music performances: County, district and state, with no issues. This year NCBA changed vendors."

Bc we've been allowing them time to fulfill their obligation it is now too late to file with our bank! How did they get 5 stars from anyone? ANOTHER SCAM!"
