We are considered a pregnancy medical home with the North Carolina Community Care Networks, INC, providing OB care coordinators for Medicaid patients to improve maternal and infant outcomes.
Our OB coordinators can assist with housing, bill payment, and access to food resources. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive care for our patients and ensuring that each individual receives the support they need for a healthy and happy journey through every stage of life.
