"It’s a shame that when you call to get assistance for a mutual client,Angela wants to argue with you over something that is out of the clients control rather than assisting to help them because it’s “extra work for her”. I have never encountered such unprofessional interactions with an Insurance company before. A simple and POLITE conversation could’ve gone a long way but she decided to show lack of customer service.There are plenty of other insurance companies that you can check out with better service."
